Asyl in der Kirche Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. with support from Brot für die Welt launches the long awaited German version of “No systemic flaws”??? The aftermath of Dublin transfers to Poland report: „Keine systemischen Mängel“??? Die Nach-wirkungen der Dublin-Überstellungen nach Polen.
The report covers the main areas of systemic flaws in the Polish asylum system focusing on the situation of persons subjected to Dublin transfers to Poland as well as Poland's deplorable suspension of access to asylum procedure for persons arriving via Belarus.
The report launch will take place on 29th January 2026, 14:00-17:00, at the premises of Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung in Berlin. It will have a form of an expert session with participation of asylum legal practitioners from Poland. Further details will follow.
